🌿 Mruja Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Introduction

Welcome to the Mruja Affiliate Program (the “Program”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program.
By signing up, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms as a representative of Mruja Wellness (“Mruja”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Please read carefully before joining or promoting our products.

2️⃣ Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legal agreement under Indian law.
• You must have a valid bank account or UPI ID to receive payouts.
• Your content and online activities must comply with ethical and legal advertising standards in India.
• Mruja reserves the right to approve or reject any application without prior notice.

3️⃣ Enrollment Process

• Complete the affiliate application form at [mruja.in/affiliate].
• Once approved, you will receive your unique referral link and/or coupon code.
• Only approved affiliates may promote Mruja products and earn commissions.

4️⃣ Affiliate Responsibilities

By joining the Program, you agree to:

1. Promote Mruja products honestly and in accordance with Ayurvedic and wellness ethics.
2. Use only official brand materials, product images, and approved content.
3. Include clear disclosure that you may earn a commission (“#ad”, “#affiliate”, etc.) as per ASCI and FTC guidelines.
4. Avoid misleading or false claims, especially medical or disease-related statements.
5. Do not use spam, paid ads (e.g., Google Ads using “Mruja” keyword), or any deceptive practices.
6. Maintain a positive brand image of Mruja across your platforms.

5️⃣ Commission Structure & Payment

a. Commission Rates

• Base commission: 10% per sale
• Consistent performers: 12% per sale (₹10,000+ sales/month)
• Top affiliates: 15% per sale (₹50,000+ sales/month)

b. Payout Terms

• Payments are made monthly, within 15 business days after the end of each month.
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000
• Payout methods: Bank Transfer / UPI
• Transactions returned, refunded, or cancelled will not be eligible for commission.

6️⃣ Promotional Guidelines

Do’s:
✅ Use official Mruja logos, product names, and links provided by us.
✅ Maintain authenticity and transparency in all promotions.
✅ Use brand hashtags: #MrujaWellness #AyurvedaForAll #MrujaAffiliates

Don’ts:
❌ Don’t modify or alter the Mruja logo or packaging visuals.
❌ Don’t make false or exaggerated health claims.
❌ Don’t use offensive, misleading, or unethical content.
❌ Don’t promote on websites containing adult, violent, or illegal material.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

All logos, images, product names, and brand materials provided by Mruja remain the intellectual property of Mruja Wellness.
Affiliates are granted limited rights to use them solely for promotion within the Program.
Unauthorized use beyond the affiliate scope is strictly prohibited.

8️⃣ Term & Termination

• Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
• Mruja may terminate your participation immediately if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, you must remove all Mruja-related links, banners, and promotional materials from your channels.
• Any unpaid commissions below ₹1,000 at the time of termination will be forfeited.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Mruja will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
The total liability under this Program shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the previous three months.

🔟 Modification of Terms

Mruja reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated via email or announced on the affiliate dashboard.
Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11️⃣ Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive access to confidential data such as sales reports, pricing, or performance insights.
This information must not be disclosed or shared outside of your affiliate work with Mruja.

12️⃣ Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
